I did not see a patient between the second of June, 2023, and the eleventh of August, 2024. I did audit. I sat in an office at the end of a corridor in a building where every single person knew.

The case closed in the September of 2024. No findings. Not one.

And on a Wednesday in the July of 2025, Hollis Quayle came out of a lift with the unredacted file, because the regulator had finally disclosed it under an order, because a malicious complaint does not keep its anonymity forever.

The complainant is Rhett Mallory.
