My Son and Daughter-in-Law Mocked Me in Court—They Thought My Bruises Would Make the Judge Believe I Was Confused

Michael noticed.

“So this is it?” he asked me. “You’re going to get your own son arrested?”

“You still think this is about what I’m doing to you.”

He stared at me.

“You entered my locked office. You forged my signature. You tried to access my money. You prepared to sell my home. You photographed injuries you helped cause and then presented them as proof that I couldn’t care for myself.”

My voice remained calm.

“You did those things, Michael.”

His expression twisted.

“You’re my mother.”

“Yes.”

My voice finally trembled.

“And you were my son before you decided to become my predator.”

For a moment, something broke across his face.

Then anger returned.

“You always loved Dad more.”

That surprised me.

“He respected you,” Michael continued. “Everything was always Henry and Margaret. Perfect marriage. Perfect team. Perfect financial minds.”

“Your father loved you.”

“He judged me.”
